Visiting Wells next the Sea

The town of Wells next the Sea is a picturesque centre with some dazzling panoramas. It is famous for its shellfish.

You can walk for one and a half miles along the sandy beach, famous also for its colourful beach huts. Accessible behind the beach are one hundred year old pine woods where you may spot grey squirrels and some rare birds.

The Quay is a favourite spot to eat, either in a restaurant or sitting with fish and chips, cooked crab or crabsticks on the front.

The salt marshes boast some of the most varied wildlife in Europe. You will glimpse waders in the more remote parts spots – Oystercatchers, red-legged Redshanks, and Little Egrets, the latter having taken a shine to the area in recent years.

Prints are available in two sizes and are finished with an ivory coloured mount and sturdy backing board ready for framing.

Postage and packaging costs will be calculated on review of your order and detailed to you before payment. Free collection from Norwich is available.
